Dan in the Tunbridge wells store was really helpful. It's the second time I got a bed from him. Very charming and helpful.

The assistant, Carol, at the Tunbridge Wells branch greeted us at the door, offered her personal help and made us feel welcome. Her product information was excellent and she answered all our questions without hesitating with additional information which was very useful and we would not have thought of asking. She showed us beds and mattresses across the range and at no point did we feel pressured by her as an assistant. She was energetic, open and accommodating and clearly enjoyed her job and where she works. She was efficient at putting the order through and went through all the paperwork with us. Her service was so good that we actually expressed our satisfaction and commended her service to the branch manager, Dan. Very satisfied customers thanks to her attentive and knowledgeable service.

We was very happy with the way we was treated in store and the assistant was very helpful and friendly .We really enjoyed our time in store .

You gave him an idea of what you were looking for and he was very helpful in pointing you in the right direction. We visited before today to buy a mattress for my son and so, when returning today, I asked for Glenn specifically.
