Having done a fair bit of research myself on mattresses, I went to a few shops. I have to say, the outstanding customer care, time, patience and knowledge of Carol at Tunbridge Wells, was fantastic. I had no hesitation that it was Carol and Dreams that I would buy my mattress from.

Daniel welcomed us very early on after we entered the store. He spent time with us to understand what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction for our specific needs. Daniel allowed us plenty of time to work through the options, gave us a variety of pillows to try and even offered us a drink. He went through the advantages and disadvantages (if there were any) of each item and ensured we got the best value for money. Thanks!

Carol listened to my requirements and found a product that suited my needs. She was friendly and efficient.

Well looked after and very good staff at the tunbridge well branch. This is the secong order we have placed there and still looking to do two more beds in due course.

Staff helpful not pushy. Had a coffee. Wasn't rushed and store had the product we were looking for in our price range

We are very satisfied with the service we received. The sales assistant Glenn Said hello in friendly and professional manner, Offered us Tea or Coffee, and listened to our needs, helping us to decide which mattress would suit us. Whilst trying different mattresses Glenn also offered advice on pillows one which we bought.

Had previously visited to have a look at what was available with some helpful comments. On my return visit we we offered considerable advice on our needs with no pressure selling. Helpful and friendly staff

The shop assistant was very friendly and helpful. Also knowledgeable.

The shop was easy to walk around and there was a great selection. The assistant, although under a lot of pressure as she was by herself, was very helpful.
