Large range of items to choose from and our Dreams Colleague, Dan, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.

Carrol who served us at Dreams Tunbridge Wells was amazing. She answered all our questions and helped us, she suggested a mattress to us and it was perfect. I cannot praise her enough. A very lovely lady

We were looked after by Dan who was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed us a number of beds to suit our needs, didn't try a hard sell and was very honest about the qualities of each bed. We left the store to continue our search but returned later and purchased one of the beds Dan had shown us. We were very satisfied with our shopping experience at Tunbridge Wells Dreams and very impressed with the customer service we received.

We had a delightful lady sales assistant, that made us feel very comfortable. she was aproachale, knowledgeable, friendly. She took us through all the points of the agreement before asking for a signature, she talked us through all of the options for payment with clarity. Did not feel pressure to buy things as in ther shops. Very laid back , easy going environement.

I was highly satisfied, particularly with Glenn, he was very helpful from the moment we walked in, saying hello and greeting us, right until the moment we left after purchasing our products. He offered coffees and other drinks to me and my daughter and was very friendly and happy to help, the same with all of the staff. He assisted us in finding the products that we was looking for, including showing us; pillows, mattress protectors, bedding and more. The products I needed were readily available and I was offered prompt delivery and was very pleased with the specific delivery time slots that dreams offered. I was very happy with the 8 year bed cover, and 40 night guarantee. I would 100% highly reccomend dreams, and this store in particular to anyone, and will be coming back whenever I'm in need of any new furniture.
