Natalie at your Tunbridge Wells branch helped us choose the right bed for our daughter and gave advice on mattresses. I was surprised to learn she wasn't the manager as she was extremely knowledgeable and customer focused.

The assistant knew the project range well and advised how I could benefit from the sale offer.

It was a busy Saturday lunchtime. Lauren approached us at your Tunbridge Wells branch and asked us if she could be of help or perhaps we needed to look around first but she would be nearby. We were offered a drink, which was nice. We were asked what exactly we were looking for. Lauren explained very carefully the different designs and materials that the bed could be made up with. Lauren was so helpful to us because we were only having an initial look at first but decided on which bed to purchase with her help. An overall pleasant shop.

We dealt with a lady known to us from a previous visit . She was accommodating and friendly and knew her stuff.

The assistant was friendly but not pushy and understood my requirements and helped with choice of matress. He was efficient and processed the sale quickly. The whole experience was positive.
