Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

I was asked, soon after entering the store, if I needed any assistance and on being told I was just browsing was left to do so. As soon as I indicated I needed some help it was given and the transaction completed quickly.

The assistant was very helpful and everything went very smoothly. Just waiting for the mattress to arrive. Pleasure to shop in the Tunbridge Wells store.

We walked in, took a minute to look and a sales assistant came up to let us know she was there if we needed her and as we didn't know where to start, she stayed with us and we made a purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, helped us ever step of the way and as we had our 6yr old with us, she included him also so he didn't get bored. Very impressed with Carol!

Very pleasant experience overall where Dan took the trouble to understand what we were looking for and yet at the same time exerted no pressure on us to make a sale. In fact we went to look at another store before returning to make the purchase

My wife, daughter and I went into the Dreams branch yesterday to shop around, I was very impressed that there were toilets which my daughter who is 3 could use and we did not have to leave the shop to go find some. Also the sales lady Neriman made us feel very welcome and offered us some drinks like tea,coffee or water while we looked around. Even though Neriman is there to make a sale she was not pushy at all and was very inciteful with her information and offering advice on the various mattresses. The way she even let us test out some pillows and explained what they due was great and we ended up taking them in the end. On doing the finance she offered my daughter some crayons and paper to colour in which kept her bust during the process. I am not normally one to comment good or bad on how consultants perform but Neriman was a great credit to Dreams aand I will shop back there because of her.

Excellent customer service Bought exactly what we were loooking the for a price lower that we were expecting - that never usually happens Arranged delivery on a day of our choice which was a Saturday and because of a promotion we didn't even have to pay extra for this All good

The assistant, Natalie, was exceptionally helpful. She provided clear advice but did not put any pressure on us. This type of service is exactly what I am looking for in a shop.

We were welcomed to the store (and asked if we would like a drink) and asked if we needed any assistance, but given space to wander the section and intermittently asked if we had any questions. It's very nice not to have someone pounce on you and hover all the time. Neriman was very friendly, and polite and offered very useful advice.
