The staff were very friendly, I was welcomed with a smile and a hello the moment I entered the shop. The assistant spend a long time helping me find the right mattress, I was offered a coffee several time during the visit.

The staff member who served me was very helpful and courteous and answered questions simply and quickly, which enabled me to choose quickly.

Salesman Glenn was very friendly. He realised we were looking more budget than luxury and took us straight to what he knew we were looking for. The only quibble I would have is the price of everything. SO expensive. The really cheap mattresses were rubbish and the "cheap" one we chose seemed expensive to me. Not having much experience buying new items I'm not sure whether my experience is relevant. But there you go! Just need to let you know the member of staff who served us was brilliant.

I was served in the Tunbridge Wells branch by Natalie who was very helpful and really knew what she was talking about with all the different products. I stated what size I wanted and what my budget was and she helped narrow down exactly what was available. She was also very quick in processing the order and I was impressed with how soon they could arrange delivery for.
