Sales assistant Carol in your Tunbridge Wells store very knowledgable and very helpful as I needed the bed delivered within the week.

The manager was very helpful and did not push us into a purchase he gave us the information and support needed and then let us look in our own time. He gave suggestions when asked and did not pressure us at all.

The young assistant was very helpful but didn't pressurise us in anyway. It was a pleasure to shop at dreams

went in not knowing were to start with so many options available , an assistant very quickly could see our confusion and assisted us to the end with very good knowledge of products and actually listing to our needs , with a no pressure sale attitude the sales assistant gave us time to choose the mattress that suited us

The customer service I received was fantastic. Very informative, helpful and friendly. Did not rush us despite it being near closing time.

Shop assistant was quick to identify which bed we had seen online and quick to recommend a certain mattress. We also got 20% off the bed price which is very good. Overall we feel we got good value for money and were treated very well on our visit. And we got free pillows for our purchase!

The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to understand what kind of bed I wanted.
