We got exactly what we wanted and served by a very able and knowledgable person

I visited the store twice within 3 days, first to look and then to purchase with my husband. Glenn served me both times and was really fantastic. He knew the products well and gave the right amount of help, without being pushy or making us feel that we were wasting his time. It is a big decision buying a bed and he seemed to understand and appreciate the need for us to keep lying on the same 2 mattresses over and over again until we were in agreement. He even got us new pocket sprung pillows out for us to trial on the mattresses, which we subsequently bought because they were so good. He couldn't have done any more for us. If you didn't know better, you would have thought he owned the store as he took such pride in his work. We have been looking to replace our old bed for years but have never found a place with the right bed frame and bedhead with quality mattresses made by Harrison. We are thrilled to have found all three to our liking this weekend.

The Dreams staff member Dan was very helpful and answered any questions we had, he put us at ease, and did not rush us.

We brought our Duvan king size bed from Dreams a year ago and was extremely happy with the service we received, even when we had an issue your customer service team sorted it out very promptly and the engineers were very friendly and efficient. So when we needed to replace our mattress there was only one place we were going to buy from that was Dreams. Natalie the assistant was very informative and helpful in finding mattresses that suited our needs, she gave us pillows to try on the mattress and we were given a selection of drinks. She allowed us space to try the different products but was around if we had any questions. All the paperwork was explained very clearly and a suitable delivery date was made available. All in all another fantastic experience in using Dreams. Thank you Natalie.

Friendly and helpful sales people Good sales

Our assistant Dan listened to what we needed and explained the different mattresses available; at the same time leaving us to try as many as we wanted.

The Salesman Daniel, listened carefully to our needs and selected a range of mattresses which he thought would be suitable. We were allowed to try them out! Even had a lovely cup of coffee and selected the one we thought best suited us. The visiting Auditor, Steve helped with some friendly advice.
