We was served by Dan. He was very helpful! He helped us pick a bed and mattress to suit us.he answered all the questions we had. He made everything very easy. Also gave us refreshments and even kept the store open late so we could complete are order! Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bed! Product quality amazing! Would tell everyone to go.

Personal service of dealing with one person Dan. He followed up from our initial visit, wasn't pushy but listened to our requirements and was friendly but professional to deal with. The other staff were friendly too.

Excellent service.It didnt take long to find the right beds that I wanted.With so many to choose from it coulddd have been a nightmare but the assistant was very patient and helped us to decide.I wanted a four foot matress and there were several to choose from.The five foot one was in stock but the four foot had to be made but they will both be delivered in approx.3 weeks which is great.Very happy experience.Maggie Edwards.

we found that Dan was very efficient, listening to our needs and reacting accordingly. HE was very knowledgeable on the products. He was not pushy which is an asset to any company. Giving us all the information we required to select a replacement mattress, for a faulty one also from his information we purchased two new tempura pillows.

We were advised by Carol who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She pointed out the products which were on offer and explained clearly about delivery times. There were no pushy sales techniques and we were given plenty of time to consider our options. Thanks to her the visit was a pleasant experience.
