Glenn was very friendly and helpful and helped us choose a bed, mattress & bedroom furniture that we can't wait to receive

We were greeted very quickly and were informed of the colour coding system and the shop lay-out. This helped us find what we were looking for, and when we were ready, we found a store colleague that could answer questions and then place our order.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, very friendly and let me choose the bed without pressuring. She was excellent.

Very helpful member of staff, she didn't rush us or hassle us, but when asked answered all our questions She also explained the colour coded scheme for helping us to choose a mattress, this helped a lot, as there are a lot to choose from! The cup of coffee while placing our order was a nice extra touch.

Dan the young man that helped us was very thorough and explained in detail about mattress choice and bed frames. He then gave us a selection of pillows and left us alone so we could have a good look around and try the pillows and mattresses (very nice not being followed around). Dan kept an eye on us so when we needed to ask any questions we wasn't waiting. Very nice and polite.

Very helpful staff, Glenn was very knowledgeable and patient in understanding what we were looking for and recommending suitable products plus offered us a free drink. Good value compared to other retailers.

We came into store and were greeted by Dan who was polite and friendly. He immediately asked if we knew what we were after and took us straight to the range we needed. We had two hyper children with us but that didn't faze him one bit, in fact he printed off pictures for the girls and set them off colouring so we could concentrate on looking around and trying out the mattresses. We found a bed we liked and then said what type of mattress we wanted and he again took us straight there. When we said they were too expensive he showed us another range which we did deliberate over. He didn't push us or stand over us. He left us to look in peace but was around if required. He was very knowledgeable but personable and that made us feel comfortable. We did get the more expensive mattress but that was our choice not because he pressured us. We are really pleased with the service we received today. We would recommend Dreams purely from the service we received today. In fact the other staff we encountered were all equally as friendly in this branch.

A really easy and comfortable experience. Not stressful at all

We have visited this store a few times recently and made other purchases, this occasion was no exception and Glenn was brilliant. All staff have been very efficient and friendly. We are planning another visit shortly with another family member.
