We came in to look for a bed and mattress. A member of staff Glenn. Helped us to find the mattress that we were looking for. He also helped us with pillows and protectors. Helpful with all information which made our purchase quick and easy

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a short delay whilst we were waiting for the underwriter to approve the credit, but they offered us a drink and chatted with us until it was accepted.

i had spoken to Natalie on the phone re availability of Tempur mattresses to try. She was very helpful. Once in store i saw Natalie and she helped me with a pillow to try out the Tempur mattresses. She also got me a black coffee.. i felt she was professional and helpful throughout my visit.
