from the moment we walked into the store we were approached and offered a drink whilst we looked about. There was absolutely no pressure put on us, we had a dedicated member of staff who looked after all our needs.

Glenn went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the bed/mattress/pillow and overed me a tape measure to save me having to go to my car Also they offered some boxes and tape to save me going to a shop as we mentioned we were about to move

My Wife and I wanted to buy a Matress and duvet for my Son.Cara was very welcoming and helpful and I think we got exactly what we wanted(havn't unpacked matress yet)---Thanks for the very good advice that was given.

Natalie was outstanding and we got exactly what we need with outstanding service annd knowledge.

Very friendly service where nothing was a problem. When disputing the price compared to the website, a refund was issued without any issues.
