I was very impressed with the prompt, knowledgible and friendly service I received. I had visited several other bedding departments and Natalie and her colleague at Dreams were the most approachable and interested in what I wanted.

We were welcomed immediately by a member of staff (Natalie) when we entered the store and were offered help. Natalie was extremely knowledgable and very friendly explaining the way in which different beds were constructed and why. We were left to try out the beds at our leisure whilst being offered a complimentary drink. The rapport between Natalie and all the other staff members was friendly and relaxed. Having made our decision on which bed to buy, the whole purchasing process was swift and thoroughly explained and delivery was promised in a reasonable time.

Our assistant showed us several beds within our price range and requirements and we speedily went through the process of purchase and delivery without any issues.

The assistant was very knowledgable and willing to give me time and assistance. I didn't feel she was trying to get away. I had her attention and she tried to make sure I had all the information i needed.
