Could not be nicer let us look & take as much time as we wanted with no pushing.When we needed assistance she was very good & gave us the information we wanted to buy the bed we wanted she was good we spent more than we was going to but are happy doing so because of the information she gave us.WELL DONE.

Because the store colleague was very welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product we were looking for. She advised us accordingly but there was no pressure on us to complete a sale or trying to get us to buy something we didn't particularly want.

Team Member approached me in good time, with a smile and offered assistance if required. It was. She then spent a good 10 minutes walking me through all different bed bases followed by mattress type. After this was offered a hot drink as I was left to my own thoughts while deciding on a product. Staff's humor and relaxed attitude was very comforting as I suffer from social anxiety which made the whole experience very worth while.

We were wishing to buy a mattress only. We found we were given very good assistance by Carol who spent a lot of time giving us valuable advice and help and asking us various questions about what we expect from a bed, and our needs., how we sleep , and if we had any ideas of preference etc. The store staff even swapped over the mattresses to try on a sprung or a hard base as she said that a mattress could feel different on different bases and our mattress would be on a hard base. Carol was at hand every step of the way while we were trying out different types of mattresses and nothing was too much trouble. At the point of ordering Carol was very good at taking time to explain all the details of the purchase, terms and conditions etc. Yes we would be happy to shop at Dreams again when required.

It probably helped that the store was quiet, but I received very good help with deciding on my purchase. He was understanding of my needs but also gave me space to think and decide.

Products were clearly colour coded regarding firmness and design. Carol's assistance was valuable and well-informed and she helped us in narrowing our choices. We got a great outcome quickly and confidently.

The sales assistant Glenn was highly knowledgable and really listened to our needs. We had an idea of what we thought we wanted but actually it turned out that a different type of mattress would be far more suitable. We felt that Glenn's knowledge and advice was excellent.
