Natalie was knowledgeable but not pushy, she encouraged my to try a variety of mattresses and gave me all the information I needed.

Natalie customer service exceptional. Deliver was to an empty house in another town, delivery driver (Pete Spence) in shop gave very good service to ensure it would not be first delivery, so we could get there.

Got exactly what the wife wanted. Female member of staff was friendly, helpful and made departing with our hard earned pension very nearly a pleasure!

We went in originally to gather information, she looked through our previous transactions to find the same mattress we had previously purchased. She wrote down the information for us and when we came back to purchase the bed and mattress she was very helpful and friendly during the whole process!
