The salesman who looked after me was most helpful, pointed out the mattresses which were most likely to be suitable for me, and gave me ample time to try them all out. It was a very pleasant and unpressurized buying experience. The store was not too busy, which helped. The reason I did not give a rating for the quality of the product is that I only took delivery today, and haven't slept on the bed yet.

I was unsure about the best matress for a midsleeper for our 5.5 year old. Natalie was extremely helpful giving full advice and explanations of both traditional sprung, pocket sprung and foam. This enabled us to make an informed decision and feel confident in the purchase we have made

Our sales advisor Glenn was knowledgeable and not too pushy. He was there when we had questions but did not force his presence upon us. We knew what we were looking for but he explained the product very well and helped us to think about different options. He was very professional and friendly. We were happy with the value for money and how quickly our items were available to be delivered. Top service.

From start to finish the sales assistant gave us his full attention.We were offered tea & coffee which was a pleasant Surprise. Sales knowledge was great giving us all the information we needed to make our choice of purchase, which we feel is very important when buying a good bed . Also bought after sales insurance to cover bed , sales guy explained all t&c. Great Sunday afternoon buy.

The service was good without selling pressure and the knowledge of the assistant was impressive.
