Member of staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was helpful but without hovering over me. No one tried to push me into making a purchase.

We were given good advice in a friendly manner with no pressure.

Glenn was extremely helpful checking into various questions we raised and discussing all our requirements. He made the whole experience a pleasure. He was extremely helpful in relation to making delivery arrangements to suit my requirements. Overall I was extremely impressed. This was actually a return purchase having bought our last bed with Dreams about five years ago. The process was easier and simpler this time.
