The guy that helped us told us the facts and left us to try the beds, gave us coffee and information when we needed it .he was great his name was Glenn .

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. I was give plenty of time to browse and ask questions. I was offered coffee, which was very good. I had just visited a competitor and did not have a good experience so it was so nice to be treated to customer service at its best. All in all an excellent, efficient service.

The welcome from staff, their knowledge of the product range and their ability to answer our questions. Additionally, we were offered hot drinks and the staff were great with our 21 month old son. One even got him a balloon.

Upon entering the store we were offered a hot drink and throughout our time in the store everyone helped and explained things to us.

The staff were available but not pushy. They offered us cups of tea and coffee and pillows to try out the mattresses with. This was the first time we have shopped properly for a mattress and it was a pleasant experience.

Knowledgeable and friendly - our mix and match worked well.

Very friendly staff who took the time to understand our requirements. Had cup of tea while deciding then had the opportunity to get the bedding as well. I was able to make up the bed I wanted in the linen I wanted to check it would look great. Fantastic experience.
