Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Natalie at Tunbridge Wells branch was so helpful made us a lovely hot chocolate explained everything in detail left us to look then came back didn't hover pushing us to buy something. When we were buying the mattress if she hadn't hold us about the half price pillows we would of missed that bargain too

There was a good choice of products at reasonable prices and the staff were very helpful

Dan was very helpful at understanding what we were looking for, especially with the very specific criteria I had. There were other styles of bed I would have liked to have seen but Dan explained which store would have those styles. He also actively encouraged us to look in the neighbouring bed stores to insure we had made the right decision. We really like the 40 sleep guarantee, especially as I struggle to get comfortable in bed due to pain.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Explained the different types of mattresses etc. Didn't feel rushed or obligated to buy a product from the store. Was extremely satisfied.

We received excellent advice on the appropriateness of an ottoman vs an under drawer bed for our needs. Every member of staff we spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable about the product range, keen to give advice, but not pushing one into a purchase. The staff member on the ordering desk was polite and engaging, taking time to ensure our choice was appropriate and to explain the logistics of delivery to us. Despite clearing her desk, presumably to undertake an alternative task, as soon as she was aware we were wishing to place an order, she immediately sat down again at her position to assist us. She was extremely pleasant but not pushy and clearly enjoyed her job. Dreams was the third shop we visited that day and was the most enjoyable experience of them all; plenty of choice, ample room to move around despite the shop being fairly busy; staff ethos was excellent giving an ambiance of good team spirit.

Firstly I visited your website and identified 6 or 7 options then went into the tunbridge wells outlet. After looking round for a few minutes, we went to the desk to place our order. I complimented the young man, Kyle, on the user friendliness of the Co's website. He assured me that Dreams understood fully the importance of the easy use of the website and had put some work into it. We pointed out to him that, in the new year, we would be interested in some other bedroom items (bedside cabinets). After taking payment, he accompanied us on a trip around your store and showed a very good knowledge of the products on offer. We will definitely return to the TW outlet. Our validation code is 259. Glenn's attentiveness to our search for a new product was pivotal in my remarks. Being offered a coffee and the staff not being worried or showing anxiety to the fact that we had 2 young children present also affected my answers.

We were not under pressure to purchase a mattress from the store. All our queries were answered and explained clearly. The Lady who assisted us was very polite and enthusiastic

Kyle, our salesman was excellent. We would not have purchased mattress if he hadn't been.

Glen was so knowledgable from the start and he answered all our questions. The best thing about his is that he wasn't pushy!
