My wife and I saw the product we liked and all questions we had about it were speedily and frankly answered by the sales person. The whole process went so smoothly and arrangements for the sale and delivery were done quickly and efficiently. We had the impression that we were valued customers and all points were explained fully.

The lady that helped me was very friendly, knew what she was talking about and really listened to what I needed. Great service all round.

Prompt and friendly service. Guided to a product which seems to be what we want. Price reasonable. Delivery a little longer than expected but no problem as we have had the item to be replaced a long time.

The assistant came straight over when I needed help. Didn't know what mattress I needed for my toddlers first bed. The assistant told for my toddlers size and age she needed a soft one. Gave me options and left me to choose. No pushy sales assistant, very refreshing.

The assistant, Carole was very helpful. She understood our requirement immediately and did not try to persuade us into buying something that we did not need.

So friendly and efficient as well as extremely helpful.
