The service from the staff at Tunbridge Wells was excellent extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Young man (Kyle) was very helpful. I had to go home and do some measuring and returned the next day. Had to see someone else the next day but all my information was on file and this made for a very smooth transition.

Experience was fantastic. We got every bit of help we needed from Glenn at the Tunbridge wells store. He didn't push us or rush us. He was great to be served by. We would definitely recommend and come again to dreams.

I've had a negative experience buying beds at Argos before and swore id never return. As a result, i was anxious about shopping for a new bed but the manager Rob put me at ease straiggt away, made me a hot drink and just chatted me through the whole process. It was easy, straight forward and despite being somewhat poorer - a pleasure!

Everything was easy and sorted quickly

The sales lady was extremely helpful and knowledgable, she wasn't too pushy and gave us space at the beginning. My 2 children were sat outside with our dog, she asked us if the dog was well behaved and invited them all in, I would never have asked to bring her in but was extremely grateful. We may not have stayed and brought otherwise as I was worried about them all being outside.

Very efficient Member of staff Karl. I think. Very helpful. Had expert knowledge of all products. Understood my needs and price range.
