Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Kyle who assisted us was great his knowledge of all the different mattresses which quickly helped us decide which mattresses to eliminate and he was extremely patient whilst we made our final decision. He offered us lovely cappuccino's and the children loved their Hot chocolates. All the staff were friendly and I'll definitely be coming back. Looking forward to receiving the bed!!!

We had an idea of what we wanted, the staff listened to our needs and showed us a selection of options. They let us choose without harassing us, then to make absolutely sure they moved the mattress we had chosen to another base to simulate our own base. Once we decided to place an order for our chosen mattress the staff dealt with processing our order as quickly and efficiently as possible

helpful and clear advice enabled us to make an informed decision that was suited to our needs with the minimum fuss. One of the more enjoyable shopping experiences that I have had.

We received excellent friendly and polite service from Robert who was knowledgeable on his subject and able to deal immediately with all our questions

Kyle's manner was very pleasant but what impressed us was that he made no sales pitch or hard sell. We ourselves chose a more expensive bed and he did his very best to give us a good deal on the product we selected.

We didn't know what we were looking for when we went into the store. But the assistant was very friendly and spoke into detail of the different ranges etc. We were not pressured and was given our time which is what we wanted. The only problem was that the store didn't have any green bags to give us so not sure what we had to do.

I came in before to purchase a bed and received exceptional service so came back to get an Air bed as I am currently between houses.
