Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

A warm welcome was given as we walked in the store and helpful information was readily available. The whole process was enjoyable and we shall certainly shop here again. It was a DREAM!

Second item i have bought from Deams, pleased with service first, warranted repeat visit. Staff very helpful (Kyle at the North Farm business park). Prompt delivery on first order two yeaars ago, hopefully a repeat performance for this order!

This was the best retailing experience I've had in a very long time, whether it be grocery, fashion or homewares shopping. For such a large spend, I was nervous about not being looked after, as it's not often you buy new beds and mattresses. But Natalie from the Tunbridge Wells retail park branch was exceptional. Her knowledge of products and of her showroom, from the beds to the mattresses, to the placing of the order and delivery details. SHe really took the time to understand my needs
