Salesman took the trouble to understand our requirements and was able to show a good range of suitable products. He was able to explain the pros and cons of each product and at no time were we put under pressure to purchase a particular item. We felt the decision we made was an informed one with excellent support you the staff.

Natalie at the Tunbridge Wells store was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Coffee was supplied and was of good quality!! Delivery arranged for a convenient day and I was told to expect a call to arrange a time. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience.
