Barret was extremely helpful - not pushy at all - just right. He allowed us to text whatever we liked, provided us with the appropriate amount of information - very satisfied. The quality of the mattresses we have purchased looks extremely good, and so overall very pleased with the whole experience.

The sales assistant was really friendly and not at all pushy. She explained in great detail what I needed to know and gave me ample time to make my mind up. I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered and the 2 drivers who brought the mattress were really nice, polite and friendly. They took great care to cover their shoes when entering my house and laid carpet down over the doorways to avoid any damage. My whole experience at Dreams has been brilliant and as a result of my recommendation, my son will be buying the exact same mattress this week.

The sales person was very helpful when we struggled to find orthopaedic beds. He made us a drink whilst we were browsing & trying out the different mattresses.

We have been welcomed and we have received good advice and explanation with regard to the procuts; the manager in the shop has taken the time to show us all products and has helped with the finance.

Glenn's knowledge of the products, no pressure to buy, time spent trying the products helped, relaxed atmosphere in the store. Friendly staff easy to talk to. Coffee was divine. Speed at which out order was placed, options available to have delivered/unwrapped and packaging taken away is a bonus.

Glenn who served my husband and I was very knowledgeable, helpful and did not push any of the products. We felt that we had an unbiased view of what was available enabling us to make a decision which was for us - according to our requirements. We were not rushed at all.
