Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The first time I visited Dreams was purely just to get an idea of a double bed that was not too heavy for me to move when wanting to clean the bedroom.The assistant was extremely helpful and we had a good laugh as he said that this was the first time he had ever helped anyone lift beds up in the store!We finally found one and he gave me all the details to take home, pointing out that if I was interested in purchasing it with a new mattress that a 20% discount was available until the following Tuesday. I was very impressed by him and the assistant who took my order on the day.

THE SALESMAN WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH ,QUICK AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT.

Well laid-out store, products were logically positioned and easy to test.

I couldn't make my mind up about which mattress I wanted, I visited the store 2/3 times and spoken to Robert each and every time. He was a delight to speak with and knew what he was talking about. We got there in the end even though I had to choose a different mattress due to price.

The staff at tunbridge wells were most helpful, it left me eager to place a furniture order with them for this reason over their competitors. I can't comment yet though on the order as a whole as am awaiting delivery of the products. I do hope they arrive in the allocated time frame, if not before (most preferably). I see on review websites that there was a problem in the past with some of their delivery companies. I hope they've rectified this.

Staff were friendly, helpful and on hand to ask questions. Choosing our bed and placing our order took less than a half hour.

The sales assistant was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly . Fully explained the choices etc and made a great cup of coffee! Hope the mattresses live up to the quality of the service we experienced in the shop. Thank you or at least thank her.
