Goods labelled easily and store person informed me well enough to know which area I needed to be in and not waste time

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling. It was such a hot day and the chap gave us a cold bottle of water which was very kind.

The assistant Kyle Waters, had a very pleasant and knowledgeable manner. He gave us lots of information but didn't overwhelm us. We found a product we were happy with in a fairly short time.

Service for friendly but not overbearing. We were left to look around on our own for as long as we wanted and then at the point we were ready to make our decision Natalie was there

Kyle was great. We tried beds on the Saturday and then returned to purchase in store with Kyle on the Sunday. Somehow ended up with a whole new bed (king size) rather than just the mattress (double)! Kyle was vet knowledgeable and patient with us as its really difficult to know what right for you.

The gentleman that helped me with my order, I believe his name is Robert from the Dreams store on the Industrial Estate, Tunbridge wells. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. Even though it was near the end of his shift he was still bubbly and polite!
