Nicola showed me and my husband a wide range of beds fitting our specification and explained their various properties, encouraging sampling their comfort range and helping my ultimate choice with well placed observations. At no time did I feel pressurised or hurried in my decision. In summary, she was friendly, professional and obviously knowledgeable.

A friendly, effective and efficient service. And I liked the collegiate approach. My son had visited the store the day before we bought (2 mattresses), and the adviser had impressed him with his knowledge and overall approach. That particular adviser wasn't working the next day but the store manager was happy to give the adviser the 'credit' for the sale - which was as it should be. I do think the mattresses are expensive and would have welcomed some discount (beyond the small delivery charge) for buying 2. I have to assume the quality will make the cost worthwhile!

I visited the store three times before I decided which bed was right for me and on each occasion the salesperson was so helpful without being pushy. All three are a credit to your store.
