As soon as we arrived at your Tunbridge Wells branch we were welcomed in by Robert. He wasn't pushy, didn't jump on us straight away and let us look. He could see we were struggling and offered his assistance. We told him what we were looking for and the maximum budget we had and he took us to the clearance section and showed us the perfect bed. He managed to get the price down to within our budget (just under which was nice as he could have easily matched it to our budget). He didn't rush us for a decision and left us to think about it applying no pressure whatsoever. We decided to proceed he was very helpful and the process very quick. Robert was understanding of our needs, very friendly and welcoming it with us even offering us tea/coffee and fixing the broken coffee machine. We were really impressed with the service we received and can't wait until our bed arrives!

I came in looking to buy a mattress with a budget of around £700, after receiving excellent, knowledgable service from the sales assistant and being left to browse in my own time with assistance when It was needed, I wound up spending over £1700 and a further £1000 on subsequent visits. A nice change from the aggressive sales techniques of other stores I have visited.

Robert, who served us, was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He showed us a range of beds which fitted our specification and helped us make a choice.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store. I was asked if I wanted assistance or if I wanted to browse. I was introduced to the type of products that interested me, and I tried them. I was then left alone to try them again and think about them. The sales assistant was friendly and had a good knowledge about the products. The showroom was well ordered and easy to find my way around.
