Me and my husband were made very welcome at the Dreams store, we were told of the different types of beds and mattresses instore, the staff were so helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had.

I visited dreams on 2 occasions and also phoned the store, on every occasion i spoke to Natalie who was both friendly and v informative. When I eventually came in to make my purchase i was assisted by both Natalie and Carol. Both were extremely helpful and again friendly. I left reassured that I made the right purchase from the right store. many thanks to both

Glenn served us and was very knowledgeable and professional. I went with my mum recently to get her a new bed and returned to get ours as the service and products were excellent on both visit.

The assistant listened and helped accordingly. I was not talked down to or felt that I was being bombarded with 'sales speak' or 'false sale prices', which are always changing and hard to understand. The choice of beds was very good. My only criticism would be that overall the showroom felt rather 'cheapskate'. It didn't reflect the quality and quantity on offer.

Because the salesman helped us to find the bed and mattress that was appropriate to our needs in respect of size due to our lack of space in the room and the firmness of the mattress needed due to a back problem. He was must helpful indeed and we would recommend anyone to go to Dreams in Tunbridge Wells, Kent
