Kyle (validation code 259) was absolutely excellent. His knowledge was superb and he did not try and force our decision in any way.

The staff member we dealt with (Natalie ) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy or overbearing in the least. She seemed to be around whenever we were unsure, or wanted help, but wasn't in the way while we were browsing.

Carol on the first day and Natalie on the second day were knowledgeable and very helpful. Was even given a mug of tea. Best thing was being given a pillow and lying on the beds I had already researched online. Enjoyable experience and everything explained re the order and delivery. Have recommended to friends.

We were approached by a man who gave us the answers to what we needed to know but also gave us time on our own to think about things and to browse. Not too pushy which was great. We made a purchase before we left.

The customer assistance was prompt, inforamtive and not at all pushy. Alternatives were offered and restrictions understood and accomodated. Excellent service and easy ordering with interest free credit being a bonus.

Natalie offered help and assistance with finding the products. She used her substantial product and company knowledge to help us select what we needed. She was most helpful with the tape measure, ensuring our choices would fit in the area we had at home. Natalie made hassle free delivery arrangements in order for us to receive our products on our choice of delivery date We are looking forward to receiving our new bed and mattress this week and intend to feedback to Natalie when installed.
