Although there was a lack of information in catalogues for the new products you were going to stock, wardrobes, the staff were able to over come this by using a tv monitor to great effect and therefor overcome the problem. They were also able to explain , in detail, the methods of payment available. We were in the store for about two and a half hours and were more than satisfied with the result. Please thank the staff at Tunbridge Wells for their assistance.

Sales assistant (Kyle) was not pushy and gave us ample time to try out (EVERY bed) he had to explain a few times the different divan/ headboard options as I didn't quite understand it. We wanted a size upgrade and he was very understanding about us needing to go home and remeasure! Considering we went in for a £500 King mattress and left with a brand new Super King Divan, mattress and pillow speaks for itself.

We received very good service from Kyle Waters and he was able to direct us to a suitable product for our requirements. We later telephoned to make the order and again we were very pleased with the service he provided.

Our assistant, Natalie, was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. She gave us lots on information and then left us to make our own informed decisions without being at all pushy. She even made us a cup of tea which was very much appreciated.

The process of buying a mattress we had find stressful until walking in to dreams. We found a high range of cost and range of types of mattresses. Rob in the Tunbridge Wells store talked us through what we needed and then left us to our own devices to try beds out and then when we need him again he was there ready to help.

I visited the store to look at a Tempur mattress, I was quickly greeted by Glenn, who I have to say, was extremely helpful. He put through my order and request for 0% finance as quick as he was able. Everyone was keen to assist other customers in the store.

Glenn was the person who served us. We was really pleased with Glenns approach. He provided just the right amount of time with us so that we were fully informed. There was no pressure and just a reassuring glance over every now and then to make sure we had what we wanted. We are quite fussy so this exercise took us over 2 days and we probably spent over 6 hours in the store pondering over the selection of mattresses. It was an important decision to make so we wanted to get it right. Glenns opinions was really valued as they was expressed with a customer focus. I know he has sales to make but it felt like we were his only customer. All in all a good experience and we are looking forward to trying out the mattress. The 40 Night guarantee is a great scheme which is not offered by your competitors and something that was a selling point for us.

Asked salesman for info on products available then we were left alone to deliberate on the choices available. This was great! No pushy salesman. When we had made our choice an order was made. Very quickly!. Brilliant
