The guy that helped me was really friendly & helpful & best of all wasn't pushy & gave me space when I was deciding

we were given time to look around on our own then offered help not at all pushy very helpful didnt mind that we wanted to think about our purchase and return another day which we did to purchase

Used dreams before and we were extremely pleased from placing our order to receiving the goods in our home

Glen who served me was very helpful and helped me choose a pillow that best suited my needs.

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by all members of staff, we were shown the product that we were looking for and offered a cup of tea . The gentleman that served us was very polite and pleasant, he gave us a demonstration and all the information we needed to make our purchase, he then told us to take as much time as we needed to make our decision.

The store layout was good with a decent selection of different beds etc to choose from. I was given sufficient time to browse before I was offered help by "Glenn" who was knowledgable and helpful. Superb service throughout.

Served by Kevin in tunbridge wells branch. He was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgable on all the products. His customer service was spot on and would highly recommend him to family/friend looking for a bed

We felt no pressures during our browsing, and Kyle was very helpful when unsure of a few things. But he wasn't over the top like drone sale asstaince are.
