The salesman, who is called Kevin, was very helpful indeed. He appeared enthusiastic and very friendly indeed. Great knowledge over the products for sale and a good maker of Tea! H gave me a card with a validation code of 259.

A very well stocked store,and a very helpful and knowledgable assistant.We took all the time we needed to make a decision, and Kevin our assistant helped us all the way. We were very pleased with the whole experience, and would certainly recommend our friends to shop with you. Excellent service.

Being someone who is disabled in a wheelchair i was treated with great respect and i was helped very kindly by the assitant she couldn't do enough for me, I was so happy that i would definitely recommend Dreams, to all my friends and family. Thank you very much .

Kyle was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he assisted me with placing an order for exactly what I had gone to the store to purchase and dealt with my requests quickly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was exactly how I would want a sales person to be - helpful but not at all pushy! I was spending a lot of money which is always a big decision but I felt like I got a fair deal.

We received customer service and product knowledge from Glen in an appropriate manner he told us about products after we said what we were looking for etc and then gave us time to explore all options and wander through the store etc. Other colleague helpful too and seemed to work as good team Glen gave us excellent service and would make us more likely to return and recommend Dreams to friends and family - Have not taken delivery or experienced the bed as yet but know the 40 day exchange is there if not the right choice thank you

The gentleman that served me (Kevin, Tunbridge Wells Branch) was very helpful but was not pushy and I felt he got me a good price on the tv bed and mattress.
