The lady who assisted us was was very knowledgable, she gave us good advise and was friendly.

We found the salesman knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and guided us to the most appropriate mattress for our needs. He apologised for the state of the showroom as it was being revamped. The speed of delivery was exceptional too.

The assistant Glenn was very helpful and courteous and fully explained the benefits of the items purchased and credit facilities available.

I came in to buy my first Double bed with my dad but apart from that knew nothing about what I was really looking for in a bed. Natalie, one of the members of staff, offered to help and was extremely helpful and friendly. She made the experience fun and I left the shop with a massive grin on my face, pleased with all my purchases. She explained everything to me, took time to answer all my questions and needs. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
