Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

It was my first bed to buy, as I'm about to buy a flat for the first time too. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with understanding what to look for being new to the process.

When to Tunbridge wells to buy a mattress , This is the 2nd time I was served by Glen he was very helpfull once again and there was no pressure , He spent time explaining the options of a Templar mattress that was for my daughter and we brought our mattress and he sorted every thing out ,it was a nice easy experience , would recommend this store to friends and family .

Natalie, who served us, was attentive and on hand when needed but gave us plenty off time to discuss the options between ourselves. She made us tea and coffee, and offered advice when appropriate. She was exceptionally good and had a great knowledge of the beds and mattresses from all the different suppliers. She also found us a great deal, meaning the mattress and base we really wanted became affordeable.

The assistant was so patient with myself and my son -My son is autistic and was more interested in playing with your remote controlled beds and bouncing on everything -However the assassistants were very patient and kind and left us for a while and just dipped back with no pressure to help us make our final choice - Think we were in the store for 2 hours -my son had a lively time and looming for to his comfy new mattress
