The staff member listened to our needs and didn't try to 'hard sell' us, just went with what we wanted and clearly answered our questions.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to purchase a better mattress for the same price as the one I was originally interested in buying.

We went to Dreams as we have used them before and found that the help and knowledge provided by the staff is fantastic. Our colleague's name was Glenn on this visit to our local store in Royal Tunbridge Wells. We could not have asked any more from him, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to find the right bed, he asked all the right questions and one's we had never thought of but glad he did! we were looked after and left alone when needed (as if by magic he knew when). The choice was far more then we thought possible, with many combinations available to suit all. the whole experience was a pleasure.

From moment went into staff store, staff so friendly and helpful, knowledge of products good, order made and delivery in same week you cant get better than that. Also great communication by text re delivery and a call regarding delivery time made day before - a great company.

Lyle in Tunbridge wells was very helpful and keen for me to experience all leaves of comfort on the mattresses so I could choose the best item for comfort and style. He was informative interested and willing to let me have the space and time to make my choice. He was not pushy which I would have found a real Nono.

The Dreams employee I asked for assistance in choosing a mattress for my baby was very helpful and clearly knew the stock well. He quickly identified a few mattresses that I might be interested in. The display mattress was very comfortable and I was out of the shop with a successful purchase again far faster than I had expected, at a cheaper price.

The service received was efficient and welcoming
