Plenty of choice, staff were friendly but also recognised when to leave us to it and we're very patient.

Glenn at Dreams in Tunbridge Wells was extremely helpful on our first visit to the store before Christmas when we were exploring what was available. We therefore had no hesitation in visiting again to make our purchase. He was very knowledgable about the range of beds and explained the options without any pressure and gave us time to reach our decision. This made the whole experience a pleasurable one and we feel confident that we have made the right choice.

The sales assistant, Kyle, was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the different qualities per brand and how each product was suitable to individual needs - and he made a nice cup of tea!

The staff member was friendly and not 'over salesy' - we didn't feel under pressure to make any decisions there and then.

Kyle, who looked after us, was the consummate professional. He was attentive without crowding us. He answered all our questions accurately and courteously, always ensuring that he found the correct information even if he did not immediately know the answers to our queries. Nothing was too much trouble. It took us two visits to make a final decision but he was very patient and helpful on both visits.

Lovely sales lady Natalie, left is to browse but recognised we needed guidance so explained simply the difference in mattresses then left us to look and test for ourselves. Her non pressure approach is the reason I purchased my mattress there and then.
