Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The shop- Tunbridge Wells Branch- had a wide range of beds and the layout made the beds easy to access. All members of staff were very friendly even the ones who were not helping me find the right product. I was also impressed that we were offered a drink when we were there. Overall I was extremely satisfied with dreams because I was making an important decision and the staff made that easier and I felt as though nothing was too much trouble for them.

Great customer service, great product knowledge, calming atmosphere. Was dreading going to buy a new bed as it can be busy and time consuming however Kyle made our visit an enjoyable one. Good sense of humour to keep us at ease throughout.

As first time mattress buyers, we found the sales assistant to be incredibly helpful and informative. His product knowledge was excellent and it made the purchase much easier for us.

We were well looked after and had the same assistant to help from start to finish, even though other assistants were available to answer our questions. The store is bright and has a good amount of stock instore.

The salesman that helped us, Glenn, was very helpful. He showed us the different types of matresses available and allowed us time to try each of them out. When it came to us making a decision, he left us alone to decide which matress we wanted to buy. He did not hurry us along but gave us time to ourselves to make a decision. He offered us drinks and made us feel very welcome.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they listened to what I wanted and found the items :)

Kyle, the sales assistant, was very patient, and allowed us plenty of time to test the beds and different bases. He answered our questions when asked and was very helpful throughout the whole experience.
