The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed to have as much time for us as we needed. The products appear to meet our needs, but as the mattress we have ordered will not arrive for another three weeks I am unable to comment on its quality and price at this stage.

Staff were helpful

We were served by a lady called Natalie who was very knowledgable and very friendly, she new the answer to every question we asked. If we had to return to the Tunbridge Wells store we would be glad to be served by Natalie again. The sale prices were explained fully and she was not pushy at all...very profesional.

The staff were very attentive, and the man then served us, Glenn, was very knowledgeable and did not crowd or pressure us in any way and we felt was very genuine throughout. The quality of the products were to a very high standard and any concerns or queries we had were answered efficiently and accurately.

We new what we wanted , the lady who served us just got straight to ordering our mattress

The two sales people we dealt with (Kyle especially)were very helpful and we like the 40 night trial offer. We also bought a headboard at a very good price.
