Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Natalie was excellent - took lots of time to show us what we wanted to, and didn't put any pressure on us to buy.

My wife and I were looked after from the moment that we stepped inside the shop - the manager , Kevin, dealt with us and was first class in his dealings with us - it was a busy day but he was very patient , helpful and understanding in his treatment of us. We knew exactly what we wanted, and the sales staff didn't try to get us to buy anything else. They were friendly, unstood our situation and catered for it. There was a wait to get to the Computers to make the purchase, but we were provided with refreshments during this time. Everything was explained very clearly, and the purchase was hassle free, as was arranging a delivery date to suit us.

Easy to find what we were looking for with good price information. Unfortunately it was very busy so we didn't really get a chance to ask for advice. Once our mattress was selected the ordering process was quick and simple with very friendly staff

I have to say that Dreams Beds was the last shop we visited, having just visited three other furniture and bed shops and getting quite bad service, two of them didn't really want to sell us a bed frame only and said their advertised discount was when the mattress was brought with the frame, we then visited Dreams in Tunbridge Wells - what a refreshing change to the others, the assistant asked our requirements and budget and gave us three different options, he took us through the pros and cons on each, he was extremely helpful and worked hard to give us the best price and delivered on the day we required. He then told us about the extra options and discounts we could get when buying a new bed, we ended up also getting the bedding and pillows at a much better price then we could get anywhere else - what a fantastic experience and great deal - thanks to Kevin at the Tunbridge Wells branch.
