Kyle at the Tunbridge wells store was exceedingly knowledgable, amicable and helpful. nothing was a problem and he ensured that buying our first bed was a breeze.

Very welcoming staff. Store was very busy, but the staff took the time to point us in the right direction. We were offered tea or coffee while waiting. Kevin explained that all the terminals were in use but he would get to us as quickly as he could. Although we had a long wait, our presence was acknowledged several times and we did not feel ignored. We waited slightly longer in order to be served by Kevin.

Prompt and attentive assistance in finding the product we required. Quick and efficient delivery on the product chosen.

Saw Kevin at Dreams Tunbridge Wells. Great guy. The first to come and ask if I needed help. Lots of knowledge on the product. Really friendly. Good price. Amazing delivery !! I have not actually received my items yet as I purchased a Melbourne bedroom suite and a mattress that is not due in until February next year. However, the staff and indeed a lady named Natalie at the Tunbridge Wells store were lovely.

Myself and my fiancé were treated extremely well and every question we asked was answered satisfactorily, the staff were friendly and helpful and we made our purchase and left with the knowledge that we had made a good choice in visiting dreams in the first place.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I was really satisfied as this was a first time purchase for me and I didn't really know what or where to start when I entered the store. I was approached by a member of staff within 5 minutes of entering the store and they explained the colourised system of mattresses and suggested what would be best suited to my needs. A second colleague came to assist me later and spent a lot of time showing me the beds despite the fact I said I wouldn't be purchasing that day. The fact that the store attendant knew I wasn't going to purchase and yet they still spent time with me made me feel like a valued customer and not a nuisance.

All staff were very friendly and the manager was very helpful with product knowledge and finding the right bed at the right price.

Very helpful straight away a member of the team came over to expain what the different colours meant where we can find prices ect lots to chose from and lots of offers going on at the moment which meant I could have a more expensive mattress for the money value I had!
