We went into the store and looked around to find the type of mattress we were looking for. We found them quite quickly and tried out the various types of firmness and made our decision. We then approached the salesperson at the desk and completed our purchase. She was friendly and helpful. We didn't have any sales advise or help.

Our visit to Dreams was highly satisfactory due to the assistant that dealt with us. She could not of been more helpful.

We were served by Rob who wasn't pushy, in your face but had good product knowledge, we were never rushed and were given plenty of time by ourselves to go round as many beds as we wanted to try. Rob never did just show us the most expensive or steer us to the most expensive either
