I was pleased with the way the sales assistant offered us help but then left us to browse at our leisure when we said we were ok. They were then very helpful and available when we needed assistance.

Friendly staff who were happy to spend time helping us understand our comfort and preference needs about choosing a bed product. Light open space. Rob helped us to feel comfortable in the store when choosing pillows and various bed Spring options. Useful toilet facilities. Drinks were kindly offered and much appreciated given we were placing an order. Thank you.

Hello Dreams, It was a fantastic and truly great customer service experience I had at Dreams on Saturday, 14.11.15 with a helpful & knowledgeable staff member called Robert (Rob) at Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I have needed a new bed for at least 14/15 years, having the same bed for 22/23 years!! I have searched for rather a long time and never made such a contented, happy decision, in such a short time ever, all with the help of Rob - who is an absolute credit to your store! Seriously, I can be a procrastinator and he made my new purchase, of my new bed so easy. Thank you Rob and thank you Dreams! I have been having some aches with my right hip for FAR TOO LONG and with my back, so I KNOW that I can be rest assured that all of that will be something of the past very soon, once I have my new bed. I can't wait and am LOOKING SO FORWARD TO IT. Again, thank you Rob and thank you sincerely, to his service and Dreams service to me (and my daughter and boyfriend) who bought their new bed on the same day!! I will certainly be back, as I need a new bed for my spare room and will definitely tell my friends and many folk about you. Thank you. I will certainly have very SWEET DREAMS... xx

Rob the assistant manager who served us was really helpful, gave us all the information we needed and also time by ourselves to try all the beds and talk between ourselves. Both he and the manager were really friendly and did all they could to find us the best options for what we wanted.

Friendly, knowledgeable service, an easy process and the delivery was on time, quick, friendly and helpful.
