i rung the store and the chap on the phone was so helpful , a couple times my phone cut off because of signal and the chap rung me back to help me with my order which i thought was so nice , he spent the time over the phone to make sure i was happy with what i was collecting the next day from the shore , upon collecting my item the staff was so helpful and carried the items to my car , the store was clean , i couldnt wish for better service , just wish all stores worked in this manor , so well done tunbridge wells , dreams should be proud of you all that work there , fantastic service , without your staff dreams wouldnt be such a dream to deal with , so i thank you

I suffer from mental health problems, and the lady who served me was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, very understanding of my needs and just wonderfully helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and talked me through options and gave welcome advice. Was such a pleasure going into the shop 😊
