Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

There was a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in the store. Rob directed me to the beds he ascertained would suit me and then left me alone to lie on as many of them as I wished without any pressure. He answered all my questions and allowed me to make my own decision without questioning my judgement, which was refreshing. At other places one can be undermined by the salesperson suggesting that one's original decision is acceptable, but if only one spent more money it would be so much better - for whom? We all have to work within a budget. When Rob was taking me calmly through the paperwork I was brought a cup of tea - perfect. If the bed matches the service I shall be delighted!

On entering the store we were allowed a short time to wander around but were soon offered help by an assistant. He was helpful without being pushy and we quickly understood the options available to us. We then went to other stores to compare products. In each of the other stores we visited we were not given the information we neede so promptly and also found it far more difficult to navigate around the beds on offer. The Dreams store was arranged logically even with colour coding! We returned to Dreams and proceeded with the purchase of the mattress we had previously tried. We were offered coffee and made to feel welcome. Delivery is due next week. Only one week after purchase. Overall a painless experience! I should point out the store was in Tunbridge Wells and we were served by the manager, Kevin. Well done!!

Efficient, courteous, knowledgable and friendly staff, and very competitive prices

There was people there to ask any questions we had, we were able to look at the bed in two halves which made us decide whether it would fit up the stairs of the room it is going in. Everyone was happy and always there to help.

I was greeted and assisted throughout my visit to your shop by Glenn. During the search for the perfect bed for me, Glenn provided invaluable knowledge, advice and patience whilst guiding colleagues when requested of him. I was very impressed by the teamwork, helpfulness and general ambience of the Tunbridge Wells shop and would not hesitate to recommend Dreams.

The assistants kept their distance after the initial contact until we were ready to make a decision.

Very efficient service from Rob - good products, availability and ordering process. Rob took time to provide advice to ensure we were buying the right product, eg advising on divan draws etc. We have purchased a number of beds etc from this store in the past and would not hesitate to return next time.

I saw Natalie on the Sunday while initially shopping for a new mattress. She was helpful, well informed about the products and took time to listen to and take into consideration all I said. I returned on Monday and Natalie was once again very helpful and from the conversation she proved she had really listened to our my requirements from the previous conversation. I can confidently recommend Natalie as a caring, competent representative of Dreams.

The young gentleman that assisted my husband and I, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of our options and helped make the whole experience very enjoyable. I left the store with a smile on my face.
