We were given ample time to select the bed that we wanted, and we found that Natalie did pressurise us at all. At each stage she explained the options, and was in no rush to close the sale. Overall I would say that we were made very welcome.

Glenn at the Tunbridge Wells industrial estate was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable as I was looking for a particularly sturdy bed/matress for my bouncy 6ft3 autistic son! He gave me various options - in various price ranges. And completed the transaction promptly and efficiently

Natalie was the perfect assistant. She gave a warm welcome to the store, listened to our requests. and gave advice and information about the available beds to suit my needs. She explained and demonstrated the storage of the various beds. The buying process was efficient and Natalie's explanation of the paperwork was very thorough. Throughout our visit she was friendly ( and shared our sense of humour). As a result of our experience with Natalie we will visit the store again and will recommend it to others.

The sales man immediately was able to put us together a bed and mattress exactly as per our requirements. He explained each piece and why we were buying it and also the quality of the items, He listened to our needs and quickly was able to offer us a perfect solution. Ordering was quick and easy and the delivery date given was also perfect.

Rob was excellent. Informed, polite, always there for help but never crowding. The mattress was just what we needed and well priced and the process was easy and fast. Very easy experience.
