Natalie was very knowledgeable with a friendly manner, and helped us choose a bed with time to try out various options.

Everything was perfect from the moment I walked into the store. I was greeted by friendly staff who knew lots about the products and were able to direct me to options. They then gave me the space I needed to feel comfortable walking around the store and trying out beds. The following day when I returned to place the order Natalie remembered our conversation and was able to place the order with speed and efficiency. A friendly member is staff who is a real asset to the company.

Our bed was in stock and delivery was available soon. Alhough the slot for the delivery was not convenient on the morning, the delivery staff helped me out by shifting my delivery slot forward. Therefore special thanks to Craig and Shaun the delivery guys, for helping to avoid us having to re-arrange delivery and for being so nice about it.

Rob helped my daughter and I to work out the best mattress, he was really helpful and so much so that today I have placed a further order for another mattress. The service we got from Rob was brilliant we have shopped around and it was very noticeable how knowledgeable Rob was and extremely helpful compared to some of the other staff in other shops, were the experience did not come close. Thanks Rob for your help.

Our assistant, Rob, was really helpful, friendly and professional. He gave us plenty of information and time without being hard sell (much appreciated). Options available were really good for beds as well as payment options.

Originally spent some time in store choosing a headboard. Carol the sales assistant extremely helpful. Measurements written down for me. Returned a few days later and ordered. Nothing was too much trouble

WHAT WE WANTED

We were met as we walked in by member of staff who asked if we needed any help and when we said we were just looking she ok if you need me i will be here to answer any questions.there was no hassle which we liked were allowed to wander round the store without being bothered. We decided on a bed and said we would think about it. We went back and saw the member of staff who again was Natalie of the Tunbridge Wells store two days later and bought the bed. The process was quick and easy with delivery date to our satisfaction. Natalie was very friendly and helpful and we were all chatting like old friends and we felt very much at ease.
