Service from Howard first class, didn't do the overselling, listened and gave advice once he understood what was required from us. So nice to deal with somebody who gave first class service.

Assistant approached me fairly quickly,asked what I was looking for,then explained the variety of products,but left me to browse on my own without hassling me.

I FOUND THE LADY THAT LOOKED AFTER ME FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL, THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A SHOP OF A VERY LONG TIME ,AND WAS MOST INPRESTED AS I HAVE NOT SHOPED IN YOUR STORE BEFORE

We had not made up our minds exactly what we required, but were shown the various beds and it was explained to us the different constructions. Which helped us to come to the final decision on the bed we eventually chose. Howard was a good salesman as he talked us in to a new duvet and protector mattress.

On entering the store, I had immediate assistance. With the help of Glenn, I was able to locate the correct bed and mattress. I then went on to find the appropriate bed head and plenty of help in finding the right bed head.

the dreams employee (howard) was very welcoming, listened and responded accordingly. Didn't try giving me any unwanted sales rubbish, just done his job in a professional manner, which is refreshing.

The gentleman who served me was very polite, friendly and new his stock and what mattresses he had in stock as to what would meet my needs The only problem was the Harvey bed frame is not in stock for another 4 weeks ( he did search through every store on line) I move in my new flat in the next couple of weeks time so will have to sleep on a camp bed for now
