Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Both the employees of the York and Tunnridge stores knew a lot about the products, especially in York as they knew all about the mattresses made in Yorkshire

As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed and asked if we would like any help, we knew what we were looking for and the shop assistant took us to the computer and quickly gave us many great deals. We instantly agreed to the first deal we were given and are currently waiting for it to be delivered in 28days. Plenty of time for us to get rid of our current bed.

Glenn was the sales person we were assisted by and he took the time to explain various options and what would possibly suite our needs best. He spent an hour with us not rushing and this allowed us time to process the options and make a good decision. We have recently relocated to UK and our new home was due to be ready in three weeks from our visit to the store so we needed to arrange delivery and ensure availability of the options we chose. All of our needs were met and we left feeling quite relived and happy with our purchases.

Our visit and purchase was a highly satisfactory experience.

I had the time to browse, ask questions which were answered promptly and expertly and once I decided was able to purchase all I needed in 15 minutes. I was made aware of all the special offers and products that may be useful but not pushed to buy them. Overall a very friendly shop, with knowledgeable staff.

Natalia, was really helpful answered many questions, made lots of helpful suggestions and guided us through the paperwork very clearly and quickly

We found what we wanted at a good price and the staff were both helpful and pleasant. We felt looked after.

My Husband and I had decided 'Today is the day we are looking at beds' We decided we would visit 3 stores, Dreams, John Lewis and Furniture Village. Dreams was our first port of call, and having met your representative Nandita we felt that we need look no further. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and above all not pushy. We have had a few sleepless nights since, only due to the amount of money we spent.!!!!!However we look forward to the 18th Sept when we take delivery of our new bed.
